Receta de buñuelos de kale con queso de cabra

La receta que os traigo hoy son unos buñuelos con kale, si, ya se que muchos de vosotros no conoceis esta verdura de la familia de las coles. Poco a poco se ha ido introduciendo en las cocinas españolas, y va a dar mucho que hablar y que cocinar. Llega desde el norte de Europa y es rica en vitamina C, A, calcio, betacaroteno y contiene fibra como todas las de su familia.
Me sorprendió verla en el puesto de mi amigo Javier Mañez, de agricultura ecológica y no dude en cogerla para hacer estos buñuelos que había visto a mi amiga Yolanda del blog "Cocido de Sopa". He hecho algunos cambios de ingredientes pero han quedado deliciosos, en casa me han felicitado porque no sabia que era exactamente. Receta pues para dar verdura a los reacios a comerla.



INGREDIENTES:
- 100 gr. de kale
- 100 gr. de queso de cabra (tipo rulo)
- 1/2 cebolla
- 1 diente de ajo
- 1 cucharadita de cúrcuma
- 1 cucharadita de pimenta
- 1 cucharadita de levadura química
- 2 huevos
- 100 gr. de harina
- 100 ml. de leche
- sal y aceite virgen extra

PREPARACION:

    1. Rallamos la cebolla y picamos el ajo. Sofreímos con un poco de aceite.

    2. Picamos el kale después de haber quitado el tallo mas grueso que tiene la hoja en medio. Lo añadimos a la cebolla y ajo, y lo sofreímos hasta que se ablande un poco. Reservamos

    3. Mientras batimos los huevos, añadimos la leche, cúrcuma, pimienta, sal y la harina tamizada con la levadura y formamos una masa a la que añadimos el kale que teníamos reservado anteriormente.

    4. Después de unos minutos de reposo de la masa, freímos con aceite, cogiendo cucharada de masa y friendo a fuego no muy alto. Escurrimos en papel de cocina para que empape el aceite sobrante.


Quedaros con el nombre de esta verdura, kale, porque la veras en los mercados y te enamoraras de ella. una cosa de las buenas que tiene que no os he contado es que tiene poquísimas calorías ¡¡
